Consultation fee's are charged for every Start Your Journey & Review Your Journey appointment.

ORA Clinic may at its discretion make a portion of the consultation fee redeemable on products or treatments.

Where ORA Clinic offers for any portion of a consultation fee to be redeemable against treatment or products, the redeemable amount applies only on the day of the consultation.

Any redeemable portion may be used only against:

• Products purchased on the day of consultation
• Treatment carried out on the day of consultation

The redeemable amount cannot be carried forward, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retrospectively to a future treatment or product purchase.

If the redeemable portion is not used on the day of the consultation, it will be deemed forfeited and will have no remaining monetary or credit value.

The consultation fee itself remains payable in full regardless of whether the client chooses to proceed with treatment or purchase products.

ORA Clinic reserves the right, at its discretion, to amend, reduce, withdraw or otherwise change the portion of any consultation fee that is redeemable, including the treatments or products against which it may be redeemed, at any time and without prior notice.

Any redemption remains subject to clinical suitability and the treating clinician’s recommendation.

No portion of consultation fees with Dr Edel Woods are redeemable.
