Availability of Appointments

Clinical scheduling is contingent upon the availability of practitioners, treatment rooms, and clinic capacity. ORA Clinic provides no assurance of availability for specific individuals, dates, or times.

Practitioner Allocation

While reasonable efforts are made to honour requests for specific practitioners, allocation may be adjusted due to clinical leave, professional training, illness, or other operational requirements.

Follow-up and Review Consultations

Subsequent assessments or follow-up care may be administered by the original treating clinician or any other suitably qualified practitioner within the ORA medical team.

Scheduling an initial procedure with a designated doctor does not ensure that clinical reviews will be performed by that same individual.

Specifically, where services were rendered by Dr. Edel Woods, reviews may be allocated to alternative ORA Clinic staff as deemed appropriate.

Clinical Suitability and Assessment

The confirmation of a booking does not constitute a guarantee that treatment will proceed.

All procedures remain subject to comprehensive clinical assessment, medical history review, and the professional judgment of the treating practitioner.

Should a treatment be deemed clinically inappropriate, ORA Clinic reserves the right to decline service, defer the procedure, or suggest alternative management.

If a client is found to be unsuitable for treatment at the time of attendance due to factors that could reasonably have been identified or disclosed in advance, a flat fee equivalent to the applicable booking deposit will be due in respect of the reserved appointment time.

This fee reflects the clinical time that had been allocated and is non refundable.

Where ORA Clinic determines that treatment cannot proceed for reasons outside the client’s control, the fee may be waived at the clinic’s discretion.

Consultation Fees

Fees for consultations are payable in accordance with the rates established at the time of booking.

Where any portion of the fee is redeemable, such credit applies only to eligible treatments or products acquired on the day of the consultation.

Redeemable amounts are non-transferable, cannot be carried forward, and have no remaining credit value if not utilised during the initial visit.

ORA reserves the right to adjust consultation fees.

Deposits and Securing Appointments

ORA Clinic may require a deposit or advance payment to confirm a scheduled slot.

Appointments are only formally secured upon receipt of the requisite payment, which remains subject to our standard cancellation protocols.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to modify or cancel a booking.

Modifications made outside this window will result in the forfeiture of deposits, administrative charges, or the deduction of ORA Rewards points.

Non-Attendance

Failure to attend without requisite notice empowers ORA Clinic to retain advance payments and apply relevant fees or point deductions.

Consistent non-attendance may lead to the requirement of full payment in advance for all future clinical services.

Punctuality and Late Arrivals

Clients are expected to arrive promptly. Late arrival may necessitate a reduction in treatment duration or cancellation if safety cannot be ensured.

Where an appointment cannot be facilitated due to delay, standard cancellation terms shall apply.

If a client arrives too late for the appointment to proceed safely or appropriately, a flat fee equivalent to the applicable booking deposit will be due in respect of the reserved appointment time.

Duration and Modifications

Stated durations are estimates and may be adjusted based on individual clinical needs.

ORA Clinic reserves the right to amend practitioner assignments or clinic locations where reasonably necessary, with notice provided where possible.

Medical Disclosures

Clients hold responsibility for providing accurate medical data, including allergies and current medications. Incomplete disclosure may prevent treatment from proceeding or may risk inappropriate treatments being performed.

Pre-Treatment Requirements

Certain procedures require specific preparation. Failure to adhere to provided pre-treatment instructions may result in the postponement of your session. A flat fee equivalent to the applicable booking deposit will be due in respect of the reserved appointment time.

Prescription Protocols

Ongoing medicinal treatments require a clinical review at least once every 12 months. Fees for administration and review are applied separately as per ORA protocols.

Clinical Outcomes

Results vary significantly between individuals and are not guaranteed. Supplemental treatments may be advised to achieve desired aesthetic goals.

Promotions and Packages

Special offers and treatment courses are personal to the client and remain subject to specific validity periods and restricted availability.

Clinical Discretion and Amendments

ORA Clinic reserves the right to discontinue or decline service to maintain safety and standards. These conditions may be updated periodically at the clinic's discretion.

Clinical Reviews and Practitioner Allocation

In instances where a clinical review is advised or provided after a procedure, such assessment may be conducted by the initial treating clinician or any other appropriately qualified doctor or practitioner within the ORA medical team.

The clinic provides no assurance that a follow-up consultation will be performed by the specific practitioner responsible for the original treatment.

Specifically, where services were rendered by Dr. Edel Woods, subsequent reviews may be allocated to alternative members of the ORA Clinic clinical staff as deemed necessary.

All follow-up appointments remain contingent upon practitioner schedules, clinical appropriateness, and ORA Clinic administrative protocols.

Should the reviewing clinician determine that consultation with the primary treating doctor is requisite, such coordination shall be facilitated at the clinic's discretion.
