Cancellation policy
ORA is committed to providing our wonderful clients with outstanding service. We are an extremely busy clinic and if a booking is cancelled without sufficient notice, it prevents another client from being seen.
ORA has a 48 hour cancellation policy.
Bookings cancelled before the 48 hour notice period are fully refundable or can be rescheduled at no additional cost.
100% of the booking deposit is retained by ORA if the booking is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
This cancellation policy applies when bookings are being cancelled/rescheduled for any reason including covid related (eg infection/vaccine).
If you are using a voucher to pay for your treatment and you cancel at short notice (less than 48 hours) or do not attend, deductions as outlined above will be made from the value of the voucher.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule and will be charged in accordance with the policy above.
Clients who fail to attend an appointment without any notice will be charged the full value of the missed appointment.
We reserve the right to charge any card you hold on file at ORA in accordance with the above policy.
