Beautiful, natural lips

Subtle Lip Rejuvenation

At ORA, we do not take a one size fits all approach to lips. Beautiful lips look soft, balanced and natural, and the right treatment depends on your anatomy, age, skin quality and goals. Whether you are seeking subtle hydration, gentle definition or age related restoration, every plan starts with a detailed consultation and assessment.

As we age, changes in bone structure, fat support and skin quality all influence how the lips look and move. For this reason, we offer a range of lip treatment options rather than a single solution.

Treatment Menu

Lip Hydration

This is our most gentle, entry-level lip treatment and is ideal for patients who are nervous or new to injectable treatments. It focuses on improving hydration, with softness with minimal to no added volume. Lips feel smoother, more supple and refreshed, while maintaining their natural shape and movement.

Typically requires 1 treatment | €450

Hydra-Shape

HydraShape is our most refined hyaluronic acid–based lip treatment. It is designed for patients who want improved shape, softness and hydration while keeping the lips natural and proportionate. Very small amounts of hyaluronic acid are placed precisely within the lip to support structure, enhance definition and restore hydration without creating excess volume. This option is ideal for patients who want their lips to look better rather than bigger, and for those seeking subtle enhancement that ages well over time.

Typically requires 1 treatment | €500

No Filler, Lip Rejuvenation

This option is for patients who want to improve lip health, hydration and texture without using traditional filler. It is ideal for those with fine lip lines, dry or ageing lips, or for patients who prefer a regenerative, skin quality–focused approach. We use injectable biostimulators to trigger natural cellular repair and improving hydration from within, this treatment helps lips look smoother, healthier and more resilient while preserving their natural shape and movement.

Requires a series of 3 treatments at 3 week intervals | €1150 total

Perioral Restore

Perioral Restore is designed for patients with fine lines, crepiness or early ageing around the mouth in conjunction with decreased lip volume.

This treatment focuses on both the white lip (the skin above the lip) and the lip proper itself, helping to smooth lines, improve skin quality and restore support as well as giving a subtle boost to lip shape and hydration.

. This option uses a combination approach and is one of our most advanced treatments for the perioral area, offering visible and harmonious improvement if you have lip lines without overfilling.

Requires a series of 4 treatments at 3 week intervals | €1450

Lip and Perioral Rejuvenation

The ORA Approach

At ORA, lip and perioral rejuvenation is always tailored. Every face, lip shape and ageing pattern is different, and our approach is guided by careful assessment rather than a standard formula. During consultation, we look at lip anatomy, balance, movement, skin quality and the surrounding structures, as well as how your lips have changed over time and what feels right for you.

Our treatment menu is intentionally flexible, allowing us to personalise your plan using hyaluronic acid based support, regenerative approaches or a combination of both. This means we can address hydration, shape, fine lines, skin quality or early volume loss in a way that suits your individual anatomy and desired outcome.

No matter which option is chosen, ORA lips are always subtle, soft and natural in appearance. The aim is not to create a “done” look, but to restore freshness, balance and comfort while preserving how your lips move and feel. Treatments are designed to age well, with long term lip health and harmony with the rest of the face always at the forefront.

The Importance of Support Structures

Lips in context

At ORA, lips are never viewed in isolation. As we age, changes in bone structure, fat support and skin quality across the face all influence how the lips look and sit. For this reason, achieving beautiful, natural lips often depends on addressing the surrounding facial framework rather than focusing on the lips alone.

In some cases, patients may be advised to consider one of our dermal support treatments before proceeding with lip treatments. Options such as micro support, gentle structural support or holistic balancing are designed to restore facial harmony, improve support and rebalance proportions. This can enhance lip results significantly, often allowing for more subtle lip treatment or, in some cases, avoiding the need for lip filler altogether.

This approach is not about doing more. It is about doing things correctly and in the right order. By considering the face as a whole, we are able to create results that are balanced, natural and long lasting, helping you look refreshed and well proportioned rather than overtreated.

Expert Care by Our Medical Team

Every treatment is precision tailored and planned meticulously by our medical team, for this reason all dermal filler treatments must be preceded by a consultation with one of our doctors.

We achieve our results using either a fine needle or blunt needle, known as a cannula.  Following the procedure there may be a little down time. Some swelling and redness is expected and it is advised that you stay in touch with us while you are recovering so that we can ensure that everything heals smoothly. It is our usual procedure to check-in with our patients on the day following dermal filler to assess healing.

At ORA, your results are our top priority. Led by our experienced Medical Director and supported by a small skilled team of aesthetic Doctors we deliver personalised and expert care to every client

More Information

Prior to your dermal filler appointment, you will have a consultation during which a thorough facial assessment will be carried out.,  We will formulate a treatment plan in collaboration with you and discuss the treatment and what you can expect in detail. It is possible to administer filler injections during a single appointment and whilst there is minimal downtime, some mild bruising,  swelling, redness, and temporary tenderness at the injection site is expected. We use a combined approach with needles and cannulas (blunt needles), which will all depend on the treatment protocol.

Hyaluronic acid fillers are non-permanent and will naturally break down over time. We require that all clients have  separate consultation before undergoing dermal filler treatment. This allows you time to discuss the treatment in detail with your aesthetic doctor and to ensure you are happy with the plan.

Unfortunately not everyone will be a candidate for injectables. We do not recommend injectables for any pregnant or breastfeeding women. We cannot perform injectables where there is active infection at the injection site or systemically. We urge caution and recommend discussing your suitability in advance if you have any allergies, autoimmune or underlying medical conditions.

Please ensure that you are feeling fit & well on the day of your treatment. Treatment cannot be performed if you are feeling unwell or have had a recent illness including flu.

We do not recommend having any other skin, beauty or aesthetic treatments in the two weeks before a dermal filler appointment. Please ensure that you are feeling fit & well. Treatment cannot be performed if you are feeling unwell or have had a recent vaccine or illness including flu.

Dermal Filler treatments are generally very well tolerated but you need to be mindful that there are some common and uncommon risks associated. It is important that you understand each of these risks and weigh up whether you wish to have treatment and when is the most appropriate time for you to schedule your treatment. Common side effects include temporary redness, swelling, tenderness and bruising.

Rare side effects include viral or bacterial infections, oedema (swelling), nodules, cysts and Inflammation. The most serious complication that has been associated with dermal filler is blood vessel blockage. Though rare it does require immediate attention. This is why we ask that clients be available to attend the clinic for up to two weeks after treatment in the unlikely event of needing an urgent review.

Our aim is for treatment to be as painless as possible and the majority of clients would describe the associated discomfort as mild-moderate. We have a range of options for numbing as required.

Generally treatment is very well tolerated but swelling, mild bruising, slight discomfort are expected. For the majority of patients the most obvious of these are resolved within 24-72 hours.

The ORA method is committed to enhancing natural beauty and we aim for noticeable but subtle results. We don't believe in any artificially inflated outcomes.

Results are seen immediately but improve as any post-treatment swelling and redness subsides. This generally can take 1-2 weeks.

The longevity of dermal fillers varies. The range is from approximately 6 -24 months depending on patient lifestyle factors, patient metabolism, area treated, product used, volume used.

How often you should repeat treatment varies depending on the treatment area and we generally recommend that clients target areas that require restoration rather than simply repeating treatments on a time schedule. By way of a guide, we would recommend 1-3 maintenance syringes per year to combat the deflation seen with ageing.
